Our growing firm has an extremely rare full-time opening for an experienced marketing professional to lead the continued growth of our One Water group. Responsibilities include mentoring and managing marketing staff; working in partnership with Market Leaders on annual marketing plans and budgets; collaborating with the corporate graphics and communications team to accomplish group marketing goals; overseeing proposal development and interviews for competitive pursuits; and prioritizing needs to ensure appropriate resources are available.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, journalism, communication, marketing, English, or related field AND at least four years of related experience in marketing, business development, or public relations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: working at an architecture, engineering or construction firm; serving in a supervisory role; coordinating strategy to support the business’s growth; developing, improving and implementing processes; resolving conflicts; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
