The Department of Civil Engineering at National Chung-Hsing University invites applications for a possible tenure-track faculty position in structural engineering at the level of assistant professor (or above). The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, develop strong research programs, supervise graduate students, and be involved in service to the university and the profession.

The applicant must have an earned Ph.D. degree in structural engineering or materials.

Application received by August 10, 2020 will be given full consideration.

• a detailed curriculum vitae,
• a statement of career goal and teaching plan,
• abstract of Ph.D. dissertation,
• a list of publications (published after January 2014),
• supplemental information (e.g. project, research plan, special honor …etc.),
• photocopies of the Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. diploma,
• copies of the major publications in the past 7 years.
