Manages the functions, policies and personnel of the Water Resources work group. Enforces the City’s raw water policies and manages programs related to the City’s water rights and overall water supply to ensure current and future supply needs are met and municipal water rights are protected. Performs highly specialized and expert engineering duties and assumes accountability for the preparation, implementation, coordination, evaluation, analysis and execution of critical engineering projects, studies, systems and functions.The salary range for this position is $93,700 - $149,900 per year with a hiring range of $93,700 - $121,800, depending on qualifications and experience. Working conditions and physical requirements:

Must live within 30 minutes of the intersection of Highway 34 and Highway 287.
