The EcoWater Systems Dealer Business consists of over 200 independently owned and operated water treatment dealers in the USA, Canada and Mexico working under a Dealer agreement with EcoWater Systems. This arrangement allows a dealer to become the exclusive provider of EcoWater branded water treatment products for their area. The dealer sells/installs/services a variety of POU/POE products manufactured by EcoWater for residential and commercial customers. Most of these dealers are family run, multi-generational long tenured business and are considered water experts in their local markets.
EcoWater corporate provides product training as well as marketing and sales initiatives for our Dealers. EcoWater has developed relationships with large retailers (e.g., Costco, THD) that provide for lead generation opportunities for the EcoWater systems Dealers in which the Dealers must meet the retailer’s guidelines for program success. The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) position is to drive above market rate growth through Dealers in the region by developing trusting, respected relationships with the Dealers in the region. The RBDMs work with dealerships to implement specific growth programs that have been developed by EcoWater and the Dealers. Additionally, the RBDM will work with each Dealer to gain more wallet share where dealers may be purchasing core products for other manufacturers. The key to success in this position is the ability to leverage dealer network best practices into dealerships that can implement them for significant growth. The RBDM works remote and does not have any direct reports.
