We are currently recruiting for an Automation Engineer specializing in laboratory automation & integrated systems who will report to the Chief Technology Officer and continue advancing PACT’s patient-specific product development pipeline. The incumbent should be creative and interdisciplinary with practical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in the areas of laboratory automation, liquid handling, and integrated scientific instrumentation. This will be a unique opportunity to see your solutions transform the way we process patient samples by improving PACT’s throughput and turnaround time while directly impacting patient lives.
What You Will Do:
The incumbent will draw on their experience in laboratory automation to create robust automated production workcells across a range of scientific disciplines and throughout the company. This individual will need to have a broad understanding of a wide range of automated laboratory instrumentation and software control systems in order to design scalable automated solutions that are fit-for-purpose. He or she will partner closely with scientific subject matter experts as well as software engineers, process engineers, and operators to scale and streamline PACT’s processes.
