ROLE of the POSITION
The University of Nevada Las Vegas has the primary goal of becoming a Top Tier research institution, and the quantity and quality of research projects has escalated to meet this challenge. University researchers must be in compliance with federal and state laws and university policies to comply with the Assurance (license) granted by the federal government. This position is necessary to ensure human research compliance and consistency in the application of regulations across the variety of units conducting research at UNLV, and to ensure that proposals to conduct human subjects research are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
