This position meets the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers criteria for Washington State. During the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, most of this work can be performed remotely. The department’s offices are located at Pier 69, on the waterfront in downtown Seattle.PURPOSE:Provide overall leadership to and management of the Civil and Structural Engineering Design team. As the point of contact for technical and corporate knowledge, this position is responsible for resolving highly complex, challenging and controversial issues related to the design, permitting, construction, rehabilitation, and asset management of Port infrastructure and facilities.
