The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), Orange County’s primary transportation agency. Under minimal guidance, responsible for oversight activities for the provision of contract fixed route services, which includes operations and maintenance. Provides analysis, research, negotiation, budgeting, cost tracking, etc., of the agency’s contract fixed-route services budget and acts as a liaison between contractor and multiple departments, divisions, and outside resources, in support of agency and division goals and objectives.
This is an exempt position in Salary Grade T: Min $96,283.20 – Mid $117,842.40 – Max $139,401.60 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

Any combination equivalent to a bachelor's degree in transportation management, business, public administration, project management or related field with a minimum of six years of experience in transportation, project management, public participation, and/or community relations programs, three years of which are in management. Knowledge of Orange County demographics, private contract management, and senior transportation issues is desirable. An advanced degree is preferred.
