MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Engineering or related field and five years of experience in Project Management; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Must possess a valid driver's license.LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTSProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification, American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Professional Engineer (PE), Engineer in Training (EIT), or Professional Transportation Planner (PTP)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's Degree Urban Planning or Engineering; experience in public transportation service or facilities planning; progressive responsibility in project management consulting and construction management. PMI certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent.
