Summary: Responsibility for management of quality functional disciplines, procedures, product performance and adherence to customer and design requirements for 3 product divisions, 5 manufacturing facilities, supply chain and outsourcing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides supervision for technical quality resources in inspection and supplier quality. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) with a minimum of 10 years of quality assurance experience, 15 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Working knowledge of statistics for the purpose of process evaluation and analysis.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Design software; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
