In this role, you will proactively lead and manage project controls, project analysis, cost estimation, construction contract specifications and construction contract pre-letting support to regional project delivery teams and ensure continuous improvement across the agency in these program areas.
Are you a skilled communicator talented in bringing together groups and ideas? In this role, you will lead the Project Controls Office and work closely with agency leadership and project managers to ensure an efficient and seamless transition from the region project development process, through project phase gates, to the construction contract procurement process.

Four (4) years of management experience in a public or private organization which included responsibility for each of the following:a) Development of program rules and policies.b) Development of long- and short-range goals and plans.c) Program evaluation andd) Budget preparation.ORThree (3) years of management experience in a public or private organization which included responsibility for each of the following:a) Development of program rules and policies.b) Development of long- and short-range goals and plans.c) Program evaluation andd) Budget preparation and 45-48 quarter hours (30-32 semester hours) of graduate level coursework in management.In your resume, you must clearly describe your experience in each of the a), b), c), d) areas listed.
