This position is responsible for managing multiple Quality Control labs in a designated region and ensures that they meet all the LATICRETE quality criteria. This position plans, develops and implements process improvement initiatives that result in improved processes for Production and implements and supports programs to ensure the Manufacturing Quality Control Teams execute efficient, reliable and repeatable Quality Assurance/Control processes and activities. The Regional Manager, Quality Control ensures all products manufactured meet or exceed quality standards as well as all safety, environmental and ISO requirements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing and QC environment
