The Executive Administrative Assistant provides executive level support to the Chief Financial Officer/Deputy General Manager and directors within the division. This position also provides backup support to the CEO/General Manager’s executive assistant for board secretary duties including finalizing board materials and facilitating board meetings.
This position has no supervisory or lead role responsibilities; the individual in this role must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to perform the essential functions of the job, either with or without reasonable accommodation(s).
