You will be primarily responsible for providing hardware, software, and applications, technical support of systems to customers. You will be the bridge between the customer and internal engineering teams.Responsibilities:Understand customer / internal requirements and specifications for amplifier projects. Write System Requirement Specification (SRS) and System Architectural Design Requirements (SyARS) for the customer and internal engineering team.Work closely with other team members, includes PM, hardware engineers, software engineers, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality assurance departments to drive successful project delivery to meet timing, cost, and quality.Support investigation and response for embedded system issues found during development at the customer’s location or a third party system component supplier. Ensure all complex issues are driven to closure with appropriate resolution documentation.Participate in infotainment/audio system bench testing at the customer’s site or other third party system component supplier, representing the amplifier product from a hardware/software/system perspective.Responsible for creating a system integration test plan as well as the support of inspection and verification testing activities as needed, such as bench integration and testing of amps (prior to customer shipment).
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later.Must have taken courses in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering.Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives.Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Must have understanding of and experience with system design, including writing IC design specifications, developing algorithms and creating system reference models.Knowledge of structured and/or object oriented programming (C, C++) and signal processing tools (Matlab).
