Under the direction of the General Manager, the Associate General Manager – Customer Operations & Communications (AGM – Customer Operations & Communications) is the senior executive responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities of Communications and Energy Services, including graphic design, printing services, media services, customer and community relations, and energy efficiency programs and education; and Customer Operations including customer services, field services, and meter reading; and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) including planning, implementation, analytics and operations. Serves as a member of the Executive Committee, advising the General Manager on utility-wide management decisions. Assists the General Manager as directed. Exhibits a high level of professionalism and integrity in all personal and business activities.
