As a leader at ODOT, you will lead, manage and coordinate activities with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), other federal agencies, various state agencies and sections within ODOT to ensure compliance with established policies, objectives, program priorities, applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the development of the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and the administration of funds. This role is critical to the success of the agency in the delivery of the STIP.
