The Real Estate and Construction Services Division provides a broad range of pre-planning, acquisition, disposition, leasing, project management, relocation, and space management services to facilitate facility and real estate solutions that meet the extensive and diverse real estate needs of Minnesota state agencies. The State owns a total of 36 million square feet in more than 6,000 buildings.

The Construction Project Operations manager leads a team of 10 construction project management professionals in the oversight of pre-design, design, construction, renovation and repairs of state-owned facilities. This position works across the State enterprise to ensure efficient and effective delivery of construction projects and long-term performance of State buildings and other improvements. On average, this position includes oversight of 300-400 projects and $100M - $200M+ in public funds.
