Engineering Specialist 3 – Permit Specialist Oregon Department of Transportation Highway Division – Region 4 District 10 Office Bend, Oregon
The role: As the permit specialist, you will respond to a wide variety of permit related inquiries (i.e., access, utilities, miscellaneous) from internal and external customers.
This position receives, reviews, coordinates and processes permit applications to ensure all application materials, needed data and requirements are complied with. In this role, you will conduct field inventories and recommend approval or denial of permit to the assistance district manager and/or district manager and provide assistance in coordinating and communicating information regarding denied permits.

You will be required to use a vehicle to conduct business. You must possess and maintain a valid driver license and acceptable driving record. Your license does not have to be issued in Oregon to be considered.
