Job Title: Quality Manager
Reports To: Director of Engineering and Business Development
Oversees: Quality Supervisors and Quality Inspection personnel
FLSA Status: Exempt

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
American Society for Quality certification as quality engineer and quality auditor is a plus.
Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or ACE certification a plus. Must be proficient in computer skills such as Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Quality operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
