Varala Lab and Li Lab at Purdue University now seek applicants for a postdoc position that offers great opportunities of interdisciplinary training in systems biology and transcriptional regulation.
The postdoc will work on a project that combines computational approaches such as machine learning with genetics and genomics approaches to identify and characterize novel transcription factors that regulates traits of agronomic/biofuel importance. Plant molecular biologists with prior experience in Arabidopsis transgenics, biochemistry and/or molecular biology are encouraged to apply. This project offers a unique opportunity for molecular biologists to expand their skill set in genome-level analysis and systems biology.
How to apply: This position is available immediately. Applications should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a cover letter, an updated CV with skills and previous education/research experience/publications, and the contacts of three references. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
