Responsible for sales of plumbing booster systems and HVAC pumps as well as pumping equipment. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Maintain a professional representation network for the territory.
Select the correct products or assist representatives and customers in making product selections, based on customer's needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Maintain representative's records using automated systems.
Provide representatives and customers with ongoing technical support.
Provide feedback to company's product design team so that products an be tailored to client's needs.
Train establishment personnel in equipment use.
Advise customers regarding office layouts, legal and insurance regulations, cost analyses, anc collection methods.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Verify that material lists are accurate and that delivery schedules meet project deadlines.
Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote product or service sales.
Recommends and sell pumps and pumping equipment utiliziing knowledge of customer's needs and applications.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals that explain product specifications and applications. Prepare written presentations, reports,a nd price quotations.
Quote prices, credit terms, and other bid specifications.
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
Complete expense reports, sales reports and other required paperwork.
Consult with engineers regarding technical problems.
Answer customers or representative's questions concerning products, pricing, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customer's needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Attend sales and trade meeting. Stay abreast of market conditions, business conditions, and industry developments by reading related publications.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales and production expectations.
Assist processing orders sent by the representatives/clients. Visit contractor/engineers with representative to establish lon-lasting relationships. Manage, hire, engage, and train representatives in the region. tract and forecast quarterly sales. Learn the standards that guide the products in order to answer questions.
