MASCO provides its member organizations with a range of services and programs, from comprehensive area planning and development, to transportation and parking, to placemaking and sustainability initiatives. It operates a fleet of 37 shuttle buses and manages nearly 2,500 parking spaces across 15 lots and garages. Its 300,000 square-foot mixed-use facility at 375 Longwood Avenue houses office/retail space, a 750+-car parking garage, and an award-winning child care center. MASCO also manages an area-wide emergency command center and emergency preparedness program. Its taxable subsidiary, MASCO Services, Inc. (MSI), offers cost-saving contract services, including elevator maintenance and telecommunications via its state-of-the-art Call Center.
