Engineers Without Borders USA (EWB-USA) is a dynamic non-profit organization based in Denver, Colorado. EWB-USA supports community-driven development programs worldwide through partnerships that design and implement sustainable engineering projects while creating transformative experiences that enrich global perspectives and create responsible leaders. Established in 2002, EWB-USA has over 16,000 members engaged in 600 projects around the world. Through these partnerships, EWB-USA helps communities meet their basic needs such as clean water, sanitation, and renewable energy.
This position is in the Denver, Colorado office working with the Community Engineering Corps team.
Community Engineering Corps (CECorps) is a partnership program of Engineers Without Borders USA, American Society of Civil Engineers and American Water Works Association. Since 2014, CECorps has paired volunteer technical professionals and students with underserved communities across the US and its territories to help advance local infrastructure solutions. The CECorps Program Engineer is part of a team of qualified staff dispersed across the partner organizations. The Program Engineer is employed by EWB-USA and is responsible for the overall support of engineering work of the CECorps program as it relates to EWB-USA and program overlaps with ASCE and AWWA. This position assists with both the long-term development of the program and management of daily operations.
