To identify and direct the marketing efforts for the firm; to identify and pursue new markets and prospective clients; to provide positive public relationships through activity in professional associations and direct contact with clients and prospects. Able to see the “big picture” and be keeper of the brand, a people connector, and a relationship builder. The Marketing Director receives general direction from the President of the company and directs supporting staff as may be appropriate.
Training and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, communications, public administration or related field and at least five years of increasingly responsible experience in the marketing of professional services for engineering firms (architectural or related industry may apply). CPSM certification a plus.
