The Psychology Department at Bryant University seeks to fill a tenure-track position in the area of Neuroscience at the rank of Assistant Professor. This appointment, which begins in August 2020, offers a competitive salary with full benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching three courses per semester (introductory and upper-division courses), sustaining an active and productive neuroscience research agenda that involves undergraduate students, and contributing to departmental growth and development. This position will involve mentoring and advising psychology students, coordinating co-curricular activities, and assisting with acquisition of internship and shadowing opportunities for students.
Applicants must have doctoral degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, or closely related discipline or be ABD with completion of degree by August 1, 2020. Areas of research interest are open within the field of neuroscience. The successful candidate must be committed to upholding excellence in teaching and developing neuroscience coursework, establishing a scholarly publication record, and serving as an active member of the Bryant University community. Candidates will be expected to develop and sustain a productive research program that involves undergraduates and contributes to the growth and development of the department.
