The Ecowater Systems Pro Services Team is responsible for providing technical support to residential and commercial water treatment installation and service technicians. The Pro Services team assist with troubleshooting systems and provide expert advice on system recommendations, sizing and quoting.
The Pro Service Team Lead position is responsible for providing quality and efficient technical services to our dealer and wholesaler networks through the daily management of a team of employees that includes motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Director of Customer Service with the analysis and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
