This position could be based in our Charleston, Lexington, or Myrtle Beach, South Carolina office. Responsibilities include interpreting plans, preparing utility relocation plans, preparing utility reports, and coordination with Utility Owners concerning prior rights, relocation plans, cost estimates and relocation schedules. Some travel will be required.
