The Deputy Director of OC Construction is the Construction Program Manager reporting to the Assistant Director/County Engineer. He/she is responsible for delivery of safe and efficient infrastructure construction through construction management, contract administration, materials testing and geotechnical services. Projects include roads, bridges, flood control; channels, basins dams, reservoirs, drain facilities pump stations and horizontal elements of parks, libraries, and Dana Point Harbor. Under his/her direction OC Construction provides three core services:
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONSpossession of a valid license as a Civil Engineer or Land Surveyors issued by the California State Board for Professional Engineer, Land Surveyors, and Geologist or Project Management Certification.
