ENVRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER (ECM)
SUMMARY: Under general supervision, performs professional engineering work in developing, reviewing and evaluating environmental compliance plans in storm water management, development and studies.

The ECM candidate shall have at least five (5) years of experience successfully managing environmental compliance of urban freeway construction. This person or firm must be prequalified by GDOT and all costs associated with the ECM shall be included in the DB Team's Proposal. Education, Training and Experience Guidelines:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; AND minimum five years of experience managing environmental compliance plans, as it relates to Freeway construction.
