Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in civil engineering or related field, with 2 to 5 years related experience in water resources engineering. Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and a Master’s degree is preferred, but not required. Experience with GIS, Colorado water rights, water supply planning, and water related infrastructure also preferred. Candidates should demonstrate skills to communicate with a varied audience.
