The Sr. Quality Systems Engineer role at TPB spans both Quality Management and Process Engineering disciplines. This position supports the development and growth of TPB’s quality management system (QMS) in addition to various engineering responsibilities and functions that integrate into the QMS. This role provides support across engineering and operational activities to facilitate an environment of compliance and meeting business objectives. A key function is to ensure that appropriate QMS practices are in place and followed throughout the business.
The Sr. Quality Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring TPB’s QMS is developed and implemented to the ISO 13485 standard and will play a lead role in TPB’s ISO 13485 certification and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice-President within the business function.

The position requires extensive knowledge of the key disciplines within a medical device/IVD (MD/IVD) QMS. This role requires the capability to effectively assist compliance through accurate and reliable documentation. Must be able to work independently, interface effectively, and demonstrate a high level of reliability, integrity, and personal accountability as a key member of the TPB engineering team.
