The Congdon School of Supply Chain, Business Analytics and Information Systems at University of North Carolina Wilmington, Cameron School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track position in Supply Chain Management to begin August 2020.
A Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management or a related area from an AACSB accredited Business School is required.
Candidates who have already obtained their Ph.D. are preferred, but ABD’s will be considered. Candidates should be proficient in face to face and online teaching for undergraduate and graduate students.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach in at least two of the following areas: supply chain management, purchasing and materials management, logistics and distribution management, transportation management, project management, quality management, data/business analytics. A focused research agenda with an established record of publication or strong potential for publication is expected.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
Congdon School of Supply Chain, Business Analytics and Information Systems supports the Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Business Analytics, Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. At the graduate level, the School supports the Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems and Master of Science in Business Analytics.
