This position could be based in our Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina offices. Responsibilities include serving as the project manager on turn-key projects; maintaining budgets, scopes, and schedules; leading roadway design tasks from preliminary to final design; developing and reviewing plan sets, quantity estimates and reports; leading proposals, scopes of work and fee estimates; performing QA/QC tasks; and mentoring project staff. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.
