Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Quality and Product Engineering Management professional to lead both quality and design engineers, while working collaboratively to deliver product and system design solutions that improve quality, performance, and manufacturability as part of a multi-site team. The candidate must demonstrate excellent people leadership skills, ability to provide technical coaching to team members, problem-solving skills, ability to positively influence teams, communication skills, and technical writing / presentation skills.
