While we are recruiting for varying levels of experience (I – Senior), our preferred candidate will have experience in conducting transmission and sub-transmission studies, including power flow, transient stability, voltage stability and post-transient analyses. Experience with planning and operation horizons as well as experience or working knowledge of TPL standards is highly preferred. A solid understanding of NERC and WECC standards through experience or research is paramount in a senior level candidate.
The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide leadership and mentoring opportunities to junior level engineers.
