PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written, and visual communication. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Five years of experience in the field of civil engineering in design and maintenance of traffic signal systems, traffic signals and roadway lighting.LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Must obtain FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic Certification within 6 months of hire.
