We are searching for a motivated Engineering Office Manager, Transportation to join our Florida team, located in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will develop strong working relationships with clients and staff plus maintain a high level of project standards and exceeding client expectations.
What you'll be doing:• Assists with various assignments for the Department of Transportation and local municipalities. • Performs engineering analysis and plans preparation associated with roadway infrastructure improvements • Must be dependable with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines and provide high quality work.• Prepare or check design calculations on roadway and transportation projects.• Review drawings and documents and prepare technical clarifications.• Manage transportation projects to meet financial and technical requirements.• Oversee and guide designers and drafters to deliver transportation projects.• Coordinate with other disciplines such as bridge, drainage, and civil engineering.• Assist in business development efforts
What you need to have:• B.S. or M.S. in Civil engineering from ABET accredited engineering program.
