Summary/General Description of Job:
The Quality Control Manager is generally responsible for all compliance issues as they apply to the functional operation of this contract. Develops, implements, and maintains a Quality Control Plan that is tailored to the contract and encompasses all facets of the operation. Inspects work in progress and finished work for discrepancies in accordance with the Quality Control Plan and contract requirements. Completes necessary inspection reports and documentation required to support findings. Maintains the Quality Control Program.
The Reliability Centered Maintenance Coordinator manages the total work effort associated with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). They will implement and sustain a proven reliability process across all NASA Glenn Research Center facilities that fall within the scope of our Facilities Operations Repair and Maintenance II (FORM II) contract. This process involves data collection and input into Maximo or other designated systems and interpretation of that data to improve processes. Responsible for developing team member involvement in reporting, data collection, and analysis processes. Leads/coordinates failure analyses, uses Pareto analysis to identify unreliable systems and recommends cost-effective changes to existing maintenance strategies to improve reliability and maximize available resources. Reviews the existing maintenance program to assure that the optimum mix of available maintenance strategies are implemented, using available historical data and Key Performance Indicators.
