We are looking for a professional who will work within our team, from our office in Brazil, (Brasilia) and contribute in the identification, preparation, execution and administration of complex programs of the transport sector, assisting borrowers, beneficiaries and executing agencies with the preparation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of operations. You will also contribute to the preparation of public transportation policy documents and/or knowledge products.
The team’s mission: The Transport Division promotes the economic development and the quality of life of its citizens through transport and infrastructure activities in an efficient, affordable, sustainable and safe manner.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: you hold an advanced degree (at least Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) in Engineering or Economics, with specialization in one or more of the following infrastructure areas: Urban Transport, Logistics, Roads, Road Safety, Engineering / Transportation Economics. PhD in relevant field is a plus.
Experience: Seven (7) or more years of professional experience (preferably international) in the planning, design and evaluation of transportation projects.
