PaR Systems is a world leader in the design and development cutting edge systems, equipment, software, automation and controls for Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Marine markets. The Marine division is seeking an Electrical/Controls Engineer who is experienced with proposal responses, creating system designs and schematics, PLC programming, intuitive user interfaces and flexible system product designs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work is primarily located in an office environment co-located with our manufacturing facility. Work experience will include up to 25% directed hands-on experience with the manufacturing process. Production areas to include are: Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Fabrication, Machining, and Assembly.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally required to stand or walk and must be able to lift 25 pounds or more. Must be able to endure long periods of sitting at a desk.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with limited travel expected based on project.
