Responsible for managing City’s capital improvement programs through internal and contracted project and construction management teams. Facilitates program and project strategic planning process to include financial management, project scheduling, coordination of project management, and management reporting to accomplish organizational capital goals.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment, traveling to and from job sites and meeting locations, and at construction locations which involves exposure to outdoor environmental conditions and typical construction jobsite hazards.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
