Project Manager II / Administrator: Project Management directing the planning, design, review and /or construction of transportation projects in the Capital Improvement Program as assigned. The successful candidate will possess sufficient engineering or construction experience to perform construction reviews on Transportation CIP projects from cradle to grave as well as experience in preparing construction bid documents including technical specifications, and negotiating contract scope, budget and schedules.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Project Management or related field and 3-4 years related CIP professional experience. A Master’s Degree in one of the above areas may substitute for one year of required experience. Related Project Management experience may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis depending on the type of experience. A valid Driver’s License is required.
