To support the expanded application of Artel technology and continued growth of our customer base throughout the country, we are adding a Field Support Specialist to our Technical Services team. This elite group leads the industry in solving liquid handling process and assay issues critical to laboratory productivity and the data integrity of test results. In this position, you will work closely with our customer laboratories using both automated and manual liquid handling instrumentation. You will team up with RD&E and Sales/Marketing to support Artel products. You will also deliver the newly ISO 17025 accredited Artel Liquid Handling Services – ranging from training laboratory technologists in liquid handling best practices (for pipettes and automated liquid handlers) to verification and optimization of customers’ automated liquid handler processes, working with virtually the full range of robotic platforms in the industry.
