KOA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Monterey Park, CA.  Candidates would be responsible for managing and designing civil/traffic engineering improvements with an emphasis in transportation projects for governmental agencies including Caltrans, LADOT, LACDPW, LA  Metro, and other local municipalities. The successful candidate will work on some of our most notable, high profile, and complex transportation projects in the region.
