The professional development manager will coordinate ITE efforts to help its members meet their Continuing Professional Development. Will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities related to continuous professional development.
Be skilled in project management, possessing the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to details, team-player, outstanding customer service, strong interpersonal skills. The point person for the professional development programs.
Provide leadership and direction to the program to ensure the program is effective. Periodically liase with government and non-government agencies to ensure successful training and certification standards are met.
