This role of Project Manager (Land Development) will be responsible for the overall management of Land Development project(s). The successful candidate will be accountable for project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships through quality deliverables and professional service. Additionally, this role will provide direction and guidance to engineers and technicians assigned to the project managers team. This role reports to the Land Development Practice Leader.

He/She will have the ability to manage complex and high value projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality of effectiveness, make sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company, and be able to consistently meet project deadlines while always maintaining a high level of quality. This candidate will also have proven negotiating skills with the ability to successfully negotiate acceptable contracts, effectively communicate to all levels of the project team including technicians, engineers, sub-consultants, and clients.
