Medical Officer (2 positions): A Medical Officer is someone with a board certification ideally in neurology who plans, organizes, and directs extramural and collaborative research. Manages and evaluates research grants, interagency agreements and contracts related to projects in the scientific area.
Health Program Specialist: A Health Program Specialist is someone who supports plans, coordinates, and screens proposed research projects relevant to subject-matter areas; assists with the design and detailed analysis of scientific and/or administrative factors affecting research program priorities and performance, and grants program evaluation; and provides guidance to grantees on research objectives, requirements, and compliance.
