This is a Project Manager position with Facilities Construction and Management. This position is primarily responsible for the management of Major Maintenance (MM) and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects as assigned by the Supervisor. The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of his/her assigned projects, project leadership from the conceptual phase through final acceptance of construction, and the supervision and evaluation of staff who assist on his/her projects. The position entails a wide degree of creativity and latitude in technical matters. Incumbent may exercise considerable independent decision making.
