The Geotechnical Engineer will handle geotechnical engineering design projects primarily involved with foundation investigations for commercial buildings and residential projects. Studies involving slope stability, earth retention, pavement design and geologic hazards are also likely.
Geotechnical Engineer will write and reviewing proposals, reports, and letters, provide engineering consultation, attend project meetings, manage projects and conduct marketing. Engineer will be using their skills in shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, slope stability,tunneling and trenchless methods, soft ground engineering, ground improvement methods, geotechnical instrumentation, seismic evaluation and design, analysis & design and highway pavements.
