At ODOT, our Graduate Engineer Program (GEP) and Graduate Survey Program (GSP) are designed to develop new and recent graduates into subject matter experts. Make the transition from student to full-time professional with ODOT, a leader in transportation innovation!
For up to 24 months, GEP and GSP participants rotate assignments throughout ODOT engineering and survey disciplines to gain varied experience. Participants are regular, full-time, salaried employees. A registered professional (PE or PLS) provides mentoring throughout the program and the entire experience can provide up to two years qualifying time toward obtaining a professional license. To qualify for these programs you must have a bachelor’s degree in civil or transportation-related engineering or a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) certificate.
We are recruiting for several positions throughout the state. To learn more and to apply, go to www.odotjobs.com and search by position number, “graduate engineer” or “graduate surveyor.”
